The following terms and conditions affect your continuing ability to purchase on credit from Thermal Supply, Inc.  Read this information carefully, and, if you do not fully understand each and every item and/or condition, please contact the Regional Credit Manager in Seattle, Spokane or Portland. 

Prompt Payment Discount: Invoices dated the 1st through the last day of the month are eligible for a 1% discount if paid by the 10th of the following month.  The discount amount and the date by which the invoice must be paid in order for the discount to be allowed are clearly stated on each invoice.   NO discount on cylinder deposits, freight, or taxes.

Net Terms: All invoices are due net by the 15th of the month following the month in which they are issued.

Finance Charge: All invoices not paid by the 15th of the following month (the “NET DUE” date) are subject to a finance charge of 1-1/2% (one and one- half percent) per month (18% A.P.R.).  Your signature on the credit application commits you to recognize and pay these finance charges. Any checks returned due to insufficient funds will be assessed a fee.

Discounts: Thermal Supply, Inc. will charge back to your account any prompt payment discount taken on invoices paid beyond the above-stated discount terms.

C.O.D. Status:  If, without cause, an invoice remains unpaid 60 days after the invoice date, your account will be placed on a “CASH ONLY” basis.

Return Goods Policy: Goods must not be returned without our consent. Claims for errors must be made upon receipt of goods.  Thermal Supply Inc. shall not be responsible for any special indirect or consequential damages arising from defective equipment.  Return of non-stock and/or special order items will be assessed the manufacture’s restocking fee and any freight charges to return the items.  All warranties are subject to Manufacturer’s approval.
